​Are responses made at the Issues and Options stage considered by
the Inspector?
The Council will submit to the Inspector a report setting out how the engagement for the Issues and Options helped shape the Castle Point Plan.
However, the Inspector will only consider responses made to the Regulation 19 version of the Castle Point Plan.
